Real Madrid added three new points to their tally after beating Elche CF at the Bernabéu in the postponed game of Matchday 21. Carlo Ancelotti’s team was up 3-0 already at halftime thanks to a Marco Asensio goal in the 8th minute and a Karim Benzema brace, with both goals coming from the spot. Benzema is now Real Madrid’s second highest goalscorer in LaLiga with 230 goals. In the second half, Luka Modrić wrapped up the victory with a moment of magic to make it 4-0.
