For me I think we shouldn't criticize the Defense, they did well the whole season, and if in one game they couldn't keep the standards, it's fine, my thought is the fault is all on Attack, we haven't seen goals for quite long from this attack as it used to.

Why didn’t Xavi take Araujo out half time? He must have misplaced at least 10 long balls. That alone was a huge disruption in our attack AND an aid in Rayo’s. I don’t get why Xavi doesn’t have common sense.
Lewa is not playing well. He get chances and misses way to many. We need a consistent forward at a team like Barcelona.
My question is that what are we lacking in both attack and defence? Is xavi tactically weak? Plus i think that Xavi should give pablo torre some minutes to show his talent. He might turn out to be a hidden gem
Here are my questions :
– what happened to that beast Lewa we see in first half of season. In most games he is just there waiting in the box, Can't score with head and foot and losses ball. I hope this is a mental thing that can be fixed.
– We all know that playing with goalkeeper is a tactic for Xavi, but honestly I am getting sick of it lately. Instead of keeping the ball in mid pitch and finding a way to build and attack, Barca constantly plays backward with Ter.
– Barca have to do something about physics of players .there are too many injuries and recovered players just don't perform well.
Honestly I think all the injuries during international break really affected us 😪

I am starting to question the professionalism of this Barca team, if they really want to start competing on European level next season, then there’s a need to change the players mindset in approaching every single game regardless of how big or small it is
This game clearly exposed all our player's weaknesses. Araujo's poor passing, De Jong's lack of concentration when playing in a lone pivot. Ter Stegens fear of coming off the line since Carrasco humiliated him. Kounde switching off at times. Lack of ideas for Raphina. In general poor team chemistry especially in attack.
Ok! Am no soccer experts but I've loved and watched the game long enough. Xavi is not majorly disappointing performances in La Liga and Europe (and la Ligations is bad/Europe Dreadful) but there is nothing indicating Xavi is working to build the type of team we thought his footballing philosophy……. Even talented Gave is too unorganized and not to show he's coached to put his game together. Look at recruitment – all over the place around aged and used-up players. Although club is structurally constrained by La ligations FFP rules……… hy let Nico go on loan just to be Kessie to warm the bench; more importantly Nico is missing out a year or so of learning within the Barca Sr. team. What is Xavi thinking to accept bringing in M/Alanso? Spanish/Catalan? Am truly disappointed thus far – hope next season is better…….
Xavi thinks he is annoyed not as mutch as i am right now that was uncassary to loose we should have done better then this it is unacceptable preformence and football match we could have extended it not have the same point gap to 11 still.

None of these players deserves their wages if they can't beat Rayo all season. They lack the intensity, drive, and will to win games. It's a shame really!
