Luka Modrić’s corner brought on the equalizer, with the Croatian’s precise pass finding youngster Álvaro Rodríguez who was given a chance late on by Carlo Ancelotti. The youth team player’s incredible leap saw him connect with the ball and head it past Jan Oblak for 1-1 in the 85th. It was to be the final score as Carlo Ancelotti’s team now turn to the semi-finals of the Copa del Rey against FC Barcelona on Thursday.
