La Liga is jealous of the Premier League's business model and success of their league… La Liga's complaints are a badge of honor for the British people because La Liga's complaints acknowledge the obvious quality of the Premier League product… Every detail that La Liga is upset about is a positive quality that actually empowers the Premier League… This is like hearing about the CEO of Burger King complaining about how McDonald's makes their french fries… So if the CEO of La Liga is complaining about the success of the Premier League then I would say at this moment in time the Premier League is probably in the best shape and form that it's ever been in… I recommend a raise and extension for Richard Master's services for the Premier League because this complaint means he's cultivated the league properly…

La Liga is so salty cause theve screwed their own leagues by giving all the money to two teams for years and years. Part of the reason the premier league is doing so well is the league is so competitive and has so many good sides. There's a reason why Spanish teams want the super league too cause they know they need the money.

1. La Liga dopes Barca and Real Madrid by giving them much more money than every other team.
2. Barca and Real Madrid are well know for doping their players for decades. Their own government ordered blood samples of Spanish players to be destroyed to protect Barca and Real Madrid.
3. Real Madrid got government bail out several years ago so they could buy Galactico players and win the Champions league.

La Liga should structure their league more effectively so that they won't continue to fall behind the EPL. It's their fault that they've given up ground to the EPL by staying stagnant while the EPL continued to innovate and gather more wealth and prestige. La Liga spent nearly a decade at the top, but failed to meaningfully innovate to stay there.

In the US, it's very well-known that the NFL is the most competitive sports league in our country; largely due to revenue sharing, salary caps, and the drafting system. The more teams that stand on nearly-equal financial footing, the better the average team in the league will perform. This brings up the league to a higher overall standard, but doesn't produce as many insane outliers who win all the time. La Liga has the same model as our fastest-dying sports league, where a small group of teams win almost every year, but there's little competition among the others.

Spanish clubs do a great job of producing young talent, but that alone won't get them back to the top while their finances are terrible and all of the players who dominated in the 2010s are now older, retired, or were pushed out due to club financial difficulties. They will only have Real Madrid, and possibly Barça, if that genius Xavi can continue to find ways to win with a bunch of talented teenagers, a few great veterans, and the 10 pieces of silver left in their treasury. The bottom half of their league is still horrific, though.

La Liga winners in the last 20 years – RM – 7, Barca – 10, Valencia -1, Atletico Madrid – 2

Premier League: Manchester United – 6, Manchest City – 6, Chelsea -5 , Liverpool -1, Arsenal -1, Leicester City -1

Bundesliga – Bayern Munich – 15, Werder Bremen – 1, Wolfsburg – 1, VFBStuttart – 1, Dortmund – 2

I wonder why the Premier League is more interesting to watch? 🤔…oh yeah, we have more than 1 or 2 teams with a good chance of winning it!

I understand him but i dont like laliga rules either if you know what i mean, what chelsea is doing is nuts. We talked about man united/man city spendingway to much in the last decade but chelsea now have spend 600m in 1 year (half of what they spend in 10years)

Stop bitching and start spreading the wealth! Real and Barca have been poaching the best talent form around the world for years. Now they can’t do it anymore there spitting there Dummies out (pacifier for our American friends). You reap what you sow!! Times have changed so deal with it and look at ways to make your own league attractive..

Simply put, When a club owner dumps non-club generated money into their business it usually means they care. Which in the end makes a more watchable product and a happy consumer. This just goes to show how obliviously selfish these people are. Stop selling tv rights and run your business the right way instead of crying

La Liga continuing to fail their league just the way Bundesliga is, in today's game you need to heavily invest it's just business. The more you buy top players and flood your league with top players the more the League improves and becomes entertaining the more people watch it the more TV money increases and the PL did this years ago, you can't expect someone to buy his house and not buy his 90 inch tv or 100k$ fridge it's his business and he can do whatever he wants with it as long as it's positive.

La Liga clubs (mostly Real Madrid and Barcelona) have generally had the advantage over other leagues, especially when it came to talented South American players. Not to mention almost every top player would like to play for either of those two, so PL has been picking up scraps (albeit good scraps) for decades. La Liga have an advantage for a long time, now PL has an advantage. I don't see what the issue is. It's not like Real Madrid or Barcelona are paupers with teams of average players is it.

Yeh, and its amazing that Real Madrid didn't have this perception in the early 2000's when they were buying up all the Galacticos..
Or what about year after year, when Real Madrid uses the media to unsettle player after player until they get them, like Robben, Kaka, Owen, Hazard, Bale, and most recent attemps with Mbappe.. No complaints there either…
